You need all 4 to keep things cold for a decent amount of time. I put 2 of them in my small lunch box around 8 a.m. and open it around 12:40 p.m. and my food is cool, but definitely getting close to needing to be thrown out.

All the square icepacks seem to be made fine and seem like they get cold, not sure if its possible to mess that up. So the card saying it was made by women was confusing.. I didn't buy them for that aspect. And if you advertised that tax cut, I would have bought a different brand.

These ice packs are thin enough to carry in most lunch bags/boxes. They donโ€™t stay cold for too long it does not seem in the bags we have.
