I have only used these pans for a couple of weeks. What I like is that they cook evenly and are easy to clean, the no stick is great. What I don't like is the weight, they are heavy. The 3 qt. saucepan weights 3 lbs by itself, fill it half full and it is 6 lbs. Also, the saucepan covers are constructed so it is hard to pour water off vegetables or pasta without spilling everything else out. ... show more
