Very easy to clean, non-stick ceramic surface - is probably my favorite thing about this saucepan. I only wish you could buy smaller ones separately - a 2-quart saucepan would have been a perfect addition to this one.

Love this set, especially the candied apple red color, the quality and the price are also very nice. I do wish they were more scratch resistant, both the exterior and the interior. I do baby my cookware as I need it to last as long as possible. They're all washed by hand and hung up to dry, never stacked. I use silicone spatulas only, and so... I thought they'd stay non stick forever... They did make it nearly a year. But the pan I use most is starting to stick, which makes me quite sad. Still fine to use with greasy foods, but eggs are off the table it seems... The exterior also scratches a little too easily, which isn't a big deal, but something to note. All in all, I still love them as they're much better than what you'd get from Walmart. I am just sad that they will need to be replaced sooner than later... ... show more

An excellent pan. The stay cool handle however doesn't stay cool under high heat on stove. Best feature: ceramic nonstick. I burned a meal badly, yet it lifted easily from the coating. Major selling point so I suggest emphasizing that and not the stay cool handle.

I will start by saying that I am a person who usually prefers to look for second-hand or hand-me-down purchases for most of my kitchen items before I resort to buying brand new... I raised 4 kids on a waitress salary, so buying new just wasn't something I could afford, even though I absolutely appreciate quality products. So, after recently moving into a new home of my own, I decided to treat myself to a NEW cookware set, and I asked my friends for recommendations. Many of them recommended ceramic coatings, rather than nonstick or stainless steel varieties. So, I checked out customer reviews for options, and THIS brand had lots of really solid reviews! I'm SO HAPPY I chose this one!!! The RED color is absolutely gorgeous!!! And the ceramic surface is fantastic to cook with (my son is a chef and he agrees!) It heats easily, I haven't had a single thing stick or burn, and it cleans like a dream! I would absolutely say this set was worth EVERY PENNY! ... show more
