Very pleasantly surprised! I got two of these to act as a fullsized bed when needed for company (with a few pillow toppers of course). But as loungers, they're very functional. I love being able to just pull out a section and suddenly have a bench. And j really didn't think much of the adjustable part, but some guests have found it really comfortable to use as a backrest for lounging in the sun. It is slightly firm and the bars can be felt at certain spots, but you would expect that given the design. Certainly not uncomfortable to sit on. There's very little assembly, which is a huge plus. I order a lot of furniture and am prepared for hours of assembly, but this just needed a few wheels screwed in. Simple. For my purposes I don't really use the back, but it very easily stores inside. Great piece. A little confusing to set up. Looks nice and is surprisingly sturdy. Comfortable too. I’d give 5 stars if the directions were clearer. Make sure you tight the spinners for the footrest before trying to pull it up.

You can feel the frame in certain places, but that’s to be expected given how this type of furniture has to be constructed, and even so, it’s decently comfortable. This ottoman/lounger is very nice looking and soft. The two USB’s on the back are super convenient and it functions well so far. Had a little issue when arrived but customer service is amazing and handled it asap. Moves around easily and seems quality built. Overall I’m happy I purchased.
