Connection with bluetooth on my phone was easy. I am able to hear every little word during a conversation!!!!!! I felt calmer talking with my husband and son, realizing how stressful it has been for me as I struggle to hear conversations over the years. CONS: I have found no significant way to lower or increase volume, and would like to have the amplification of sound quite a bit lower. And yes, I follow the instructions. The media could not be loaded. this set of hearing aids preforms very well at its intended task. They pair up with Bluetooth immediately and without issues. This set was given to an uncle that is suffering gradual hearing loss and he says he notices a huge improvement. Like most people he can ill afford medical exams and a prescribed set of hearing aids. This set can be adjusted to his preference and fitted to his ears just right. Comes with quite a few ear domes so just have to find the one right for your ears. A feature worthy of mention is that this set also can mitigate background/hissing noise that you tend to get with products such as this. The set can be recharged right in the case and they even have a sleek and modern look that defeats the stigma of the big old man looking hearing aid. I like the way the sound is, I can only hear in one ear so I use both for the one here I have a roommate so this works wonderful. There is one problem even changing the little rubber things I can't keep it in my ear. However I usually use it when I'm laying down and the pillow holes I really love my new hearing aids. I haven't tried them outside yet to see if I can hear the birds but when the weather clears up I will I would advise anybody to buy these ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was needing a new set of hearing aids and I found these Bluetooth Hearing aids to be a step up from what I am use to. It has lots of updated technology I like involving a Bluetooth to my phone to answer calls if needed and even has a reconnection technology to my phone anytime I have them powered on. It also has different modes and 16 channels for a quiet or loud environment that helps filter out background noise when there is a lot going on around me and I can also adjust volume. I can charge it for a couple of hours and use it more than 6 to 7 hours before I have to charge it again. It fits comfortably in my ear and doesn't fall out. I am glad I purchased them and believe the quality and durability of them will make them last a long time. ... show more

OK for watching TV by yourself or talking with one person. You can't have the TV on and talk to even one other person in the room. Hearing in a room of people or restaurant is impossible.
