4.24.23 update: Customer service is top notch they gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the chair. I don't know of companies that value their customers this much. They were timely, friendly, and concerned about my concerns. Grade A customer service. I highly recommend them! DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. For as much as you pay, it's not worth it. The metal piece that holds the arm to the chair is already broken. I've only had it 2 months. Got it to replace the chair I had since I work from home and it was recommended by others. It was ok at first. Then it started getting loose. Thought I needed to tighten the screw but that wasn't the issue. A few days later and this happened. Not user error as I don't push down on the armrests. Too late to return so now I'm stuck with a chair I can't use. For what you pay, this shouldn't be an issue. It could also use more padding on the bottom cushion. I liked the chair until this happened. Won't be buying another one from this brand once I'm able to save up the money to get a new one. Money is tight so I can't afford much but when I finally save enough to get something that is needed, it's disappointing to know that I wasted my money on something that broke and now I'm stuck with it since I can't afford to replace it. i’ve only had this chair for like a week or so and the light is already not working on one side. unzipped the back of the chair and there’s no way to access any of the cables or even see why it’s not working. the “massage” pillow literally just vibrates, and is not an actual massager like the pictures make it seem like. haven’t tried the speakers out because i have no idea how to connect anything to it and there were no instructions for the speakers included. i would not recommend buying this chair. ... show more

Easy set up but the fabric squeaks a lot! Comfort is mediocre. You will definitely need a butt cushion. Bottom is hard! Lights and speaker works fine, not sure how long they will last.
