A fine alternative to spending $100+ dollars on a new one. I was a bit disappointed in seeing that all of the alternate ear pieces were gray. One of the photos showed it comes with black to switch out but mine did not. The screw on ear pieces is a bit odd but it does the job. Be careful you look at the placement of the bell before you stick it in the tube. I didn't pay attention and it sits funny, now that it's in there I can't get it to adjust, but that's my own fault. Overall seems to be a good option, and sounds better than my old cracked tubing. ... show more

The tubing on my Littman stethoscope was cracking and finally got a tear in it after 12 plus years. This replacement seems decent quality and sounds the same to me. Love the blue and gray on the ear pieces. Comes with lots of different parts. The tubing smelled weird for the first day, then I couldn't notice it. It was a little of a pain to switch the bell, but that's not the product's fault. ... show more

    • Nice replacement alternative for the money
Nice replacement tubing and binaurals for Littmann. The screw on Littmann ear pieces do not fit new binaural threads to get rid of green plastic if you want it blacked out. But if you pull off Littmann ear pieces off and slip onto the green posts they will fit. Also I received four gray ear pieces in the pkg. not two black and two gray as advertised. Other than that it gets the job done nicely till I order genuine Littman parts or splurge for a newer cardio model. ... show more

    • New tubing functions great
Functionally the tubing works great. Unfortunately the earpieces constantly turn outward away from my body where they hook onto anything I get close to. No adjustments I have tried remedy the situation.

The hose ripped on my Litmann stethoscope and I was absolutely dreading having to purchase a new stethoscope because they are so pricey. I purchased this replacement hose and could not be happier. Not to mention it saved me a good bit of money!

Been using my Lit Select lightweight since residency. Have replaced tubing multiple times. This is by far the best. Comfort is amazing on the ears. Tubing very flexible. The Acoustics.... Well I'm completely impressed. I'm sure the tubing will break down through constant use. But I'm an ER doc, I like no frills...just a tool that does it. This is hands down my favorite ... show more
