These journal books have a nice, clean presentation with plenty of features. WHAT YOU GET 4 x notebooks with different colored covers (blue/green/red/black). Each notebook is 8” x 5 ¼” with 26 ¼” lined pages. The covers are faux leather. Each book has an elastic band in the inside of the back cover, a page marker ribbon and a hard-paper document pocket inside the back cover. QUALITY These small journal notebooks are quite handy in general. I prefer to use them to plan gym workouts, but they can be used for so many other purposes (journaling, planning, finance, etc.). The faux leather covers have a grippy texture to them and I like how they come in different colors. The page paper is off-white and has a degree of thickness to them … ink will not bleed easily through the pages. The stiff paper pocket inside the back cover incorporates an accordion design that allows easy access to what’s stored inside. The elastic band on the inside of the cover is near the edge of the cover and covers only the bottom section of the journals pocket folder. My only issue with these journals is that I wished there was something incorporated to hold or hook a pen. I generally store my pen on the inside of journals and tend to destroy the spine rather quickly. The smooth exterior of these journals work wonderfully with cricut/HTV iron on and I loved personalizing them! This is an easy and impressive looking journal. It is bound well and will outlast the pages within. I plan to buy more to make additional gifts for my friends and family.

Although I never used this brand before, these are definitely some of my favorites now. Clean, well put together, easy to keep looking nice, etc. They look professional and that was important for me. Pages are lined nicely. Paper is of decent quality, not too thin. Held up until I ran out of fresh paper and still looked new. Price was higher than expected. I think for this set of four I would pay $25 constantly. But any more and I don't see myself not going with alternatives. ... show more

These are inexpensive but have a nice feel to them. I like that there's a page keeper and a binder strap too. Very nice to have for work, around the house, or school!

Of all the interests one could have, mine is fountain pens. With fountain pens one needs paper! I enjoy keeping a journal and note taking to keep ideas fresh. With that, I’m always on the lookout for good value and sources for maintaining my hobby with appropriate notebooks. This bundle of books is a great value. 4 books averages to 6 bucks each! I love having a different color for each book too. The paper works great with my pens, and the color of the lines isn’t distracting. I like the feeling of the cover - soft. The pocket in back seems to be the standard now, and I use it. The elastic band is nice too. For anyone wanting to take notes and have an extra few books on hand I love these! I’ve actually paid more for one book by a name brand company and feel this is a better deal. ... show more

These journals are very nice. At about 6x8 inches they are definitely not letter sized, but more a steno book size. Which is perfect fo rme; I've used pads of paper that size for years and love them; much easier to carry around than a larger size. The hard-bound exterior is covered in a leather-like material, but it's soft to the touch. And the lines on the pages (front and back of each page) are college-ruled -- good, so you can get a lot on each page. Each book has plenty of pages, the binding appears solidly woven (not glued), and you get a ribbon bookmark, an elastic closure strap, and a little pouch on the inside back cover for stashing smaller papers and the like (the pouch opens to the spine of the book so whatever you put in there will not randomly fall out). The set of four comes in different colors so it's easy to tell them apart at a glance. These will be great for work, for a student, or for just making lists or journaling. ... show more
