The chair arrived in 1 box via Fed Ex. It came very well packaged and was extremely easy to set up. I'm 5'10", 150 lbs, and I find this chair and ottoman to be comfortable enough to lounge in for hours! It swivels silently, is cushy and comfy, and it doesn't take up a ton of space! I don't have a lot of space in my living room for something like a recliner and have struggled to find anything comfortable without being oversized.
