UPDATE: Orderd May 1st, arrived May 3rd, footrest broke during normal use May 9th. (Just went down with my legs on it) Don't Waste your money! First things first, I am writing this review a whole 30 minutes after I opened the box. It took me only 20 minutes to assemble and then spent 10 minutes playing with it before hopping on here. I was sketchy af buying something with such few reviews, but I wanted both the hinged armrests and footrest in my price range, so this was it. This review is super early so if anything breaks within the first year of use then I will update. As of right now I am happy with this purchase. Assembly is super, super easy! Only thing to watch for is two bolts are very close in length to four others so make sure you separate them out first. The thing that made me the happiest was that the bolt receivers, the bolt holes and bolts all lined up perfectly. I have never once put a chair together without boarding the struggle bus here! The hinged arms make it easy to get on no matter what angle the back is at. As far as quality, it is what I expected at this price point. The ass could use a little more padding. And the stitching isn't the best but also not to the point where I am worried about it coming undone. I am surprised how well the chair fits my shoulders. I have very broad shoulders and I can relax perfectly into the cut outs with my shoulder blades. I wish my car's driver seat fit like this instead of making me feel like my shoulders are being pushed forward. My biggest fear is the longevity of the footrest. It is very bouncy and not very supportive. I fear it will break long before anything else and then I'll be in a chair without a footrest because I won't replace a functioning chair for that. I'll finish on a highlight. A very nice little touch is that the back can move up or down from the seat within about a 4-inch range. This let me find the goldilocks spot for the lumbar support which becomes super Comfty (get it, haha) when it's right. ... show more

I’ve had the chair since April 22, it’s now Apr 29 and the leg rest bracket which is made of soft plastic has snapped in two, making the leg rest useless. The chair itself is pretty well made, and has helped my back out compared to my last one. Just sad this feature is now moot due to a poor choice of material. ... show more

Its not comfortable, it crunches up in a ball if your not sitting in it. I absolutely hate it. Definitely was hoping for much better. The instructions are bad, the screws are not labeled. Sadly, a serious pain to ship it back so I will just have to eat the cost and buy a new chair.
