Seller was very kind and concerned as well as apologized s verbal times. This means a lot. Again, product is beautiful and I am definitely using the one that works. I will also definitely use this seller again. Item came in very well packaged. Very beautiful, thick glass! My 3 stars is due to the fact that it came with 2, but only one works. The pump on one of them doesn’t work at all. I’ve cleaned it out several times. It must be defective because it still doesn’t work. Ok, these arrived packaged so nicely and are very good thick quality glass. They look really cool for my coffee bar. They don't over pump the syrup which is nice. So I am a stickler on details and was pleased that I could fill them and screw the pump on and have the nozzle point out in the middle of the glass seams on each side of the bottle. Kudos for the nice fit because sometimes you can't get the threads on bottles to match up no matter what you do. So here is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because as far as looks, quality etc they are 5 star..... So I filled them, labeled them and have been using them for weeks now. One day as I was making coffee I noticed the nozzle of the one most used was out of wack, not in the middle of the bottle as stated above. Weird! So I unscrewed it to readjust it and now I can not for the life of me get it back to the where the nozzle will point out from the middle of the glass seams..... and of course the label. I spent 30 minutes unscrewing and re-screwing it and nope won't go on like it did at first. It really makes no sense of how this happened. Like I said these type of details bug me and one bottle nozzle is perfectly placed and the other is off by an inch. So I have them side by side with the labels matching but the nozzle on one is off center. Other than that I love these. ... show more
