When I first opened it I thought there is no way I would fit in this! Once I was in, I think there was plenty of room. It is very easy to assemble. I am not 100% sure what the inflatable "cover" is for, since there is a nice waterproof cover that can tightly close the top. I would guess it helps keep the water/ice cold when not in use. The only thing worth mentioning is this needs to be perfectly level. I set it up on a very slight slope and it slowly tipped over after about 30minutes. So far I really like it. Very easy set up. Was kind of hard to blow up the top ring due to the fact when you took out the hand pump air started coming out faster than I could get the sealer in. It was nice that it included a pool thermometer and a storage bag that makes it easy to store and doesn't take up a lot of room.

I really like this recovery pod. I'm in the midst of triathlon training and have loved having this. As long as it's set up flat, it's pretty sturdy. Super easy to put up and take down. Plenty of room for just one person, but a really tight squeeze for two.

At first, I had a little trouble with the setup. The poles went in easy enough but when airing it and then trying to push in the stopper, air would flood out and I would have to pump it up again. I could not figure out how to remedy this. It takes a little while to fill it with water, so patience was needed on my part. I really like that it comes with it's own thermostat and carrying bag. I had heard good things about using an ice bath for joint pain. The material is nice and this tub when put together feels very sturdy. I was pleasantly surprised with how large it is. Also comes with an inflatable top as well as a waterproof cover. Very happy with it!

I got the Norse Warrior Cold Plunge Tub recently, and it's been awesome for my recovery routine. The tub is sturdy and well-built. Using it is straightforward, and the cold plunge really helps with muscle soreness and recovery after workouts. It keeps the water cold, and I feel refreshed after each session. Just a heads up: the setup instructions could be clearer, and it's a bit heavy to move around when filled.
