Not extra virgin... does that really matter? My cat doesn't care. This is the only olive oil she'll eat. Yes, my cat. I give her 1/2 teaspoon nightly. She laps it up from a saucer when she "finds" it on her nightly forage through the dark house. It's good for her coat and skin. If she's badly constipated, I give her a full teaspoon.
