I rarely do this. But this chair for us was horrible. It is simply uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. The cushion is cheap and gives way too easy. We thought we did our research, but we feel the ratings are deceptive, especially the video on the chair. The lower back cushion is useless. We could have gotten the same cushion at a local dollar store. Return was overcomplicated. KEEP THE BOX, so you can return this foolishness. We are stuck with this chair. Right out of the box it looked and felt like quality. The seat has plenty of padding that even bigger persons aren't going to flatten it out right away. If you sit with your legs spread then you'll love this chair. It's mostly flat across so no racecar style sides to dig into your thighs. It's super adjustable and doesn't feel like anything is going to break when you use it. It was easy to put together, though the instruction book is dark green and blends in with the chair so I thought it came without them. The arms have about 1/2" of play when you attach them so you can go a little wider or narrower. So far it's awesome and I have no complaints at all. ... show more

I bought this chair as my full-time place to sit, social networking, watching videos and sports. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, but I find it hard to classify as ergonomical. The materials are heavy-duty, but the seat is designed with most of the padding under the legs, and the seat itself is too short and not contoured correctly, causing discomfort to my legs. I have to move my legs around to keep the blood flowing. It took a while to get over the feeling of sitting on the edge. I've found from experience that chairs made in Asia are made to fit Asians, who are rarely as tall as my nearly 6 feet, hence the purchase of this chair, advertised for big and tall. I don't see how anyone who is heavier than average and wider through the rear will fit in it comfortably. The height is fine for slender me at the top height, though it sags down slowly an inch or two over time. There is no lumbar support other than the unattached pillow, which is useful but hard to keep in place. The back is firm with a couple of ripples in it which provide a little back support, but not much. The arms are adjustable for height and angle but do not swivel completely out of the way and wobble and turn when used for assistance in standing or sitting. A little dangerous for an old man. This is the third chair I've tried through Amazon, and I wouldn't have bought this one if I had sat in it first. Be careful of the description when buying and pay attention to the negative reviews. ... show more

I got this for my 6'4" 200+ pounds boyfriend. His old chair was very worn down and needed a change so I got this one because it said it was for big men. The chair is super comfortable and feels sturdy. However, the one he had is bigger which is what I was hoping from this one.

Our son is 6'2, 203 lbs and he goes through computer chairs every 3-6 months. He's rough. My husband just ordered a bunch of office chairs for his employees and he was a tad jelly but super impressed with this chair while putting it together, especially the quality.
