The opener worked great at first, then I started to have problems with it (about four months later). The opener would no longer remove the cork. It would go about half way in and then stop. It was not the batteries as I have tried replacing the batteries with the same result. It will run continuously if I just push the button but once I try it on a cork it just stops part way and will not go any further, it reverses from the cork without issue. When I contacted the Seller they provided great customer service and sent me a replacement right away. Hopefully this one lasts longer. 5 STAR review for the responsiveness of the Seller. ... show more
