The bike is easy to put together and everything fits nicely with a couple of extra pieces of hardware in case some get lost. The screen is clear even in bright sun and the headlight is amazing in the dark. This bike can handle any terrain with ease. The tires could be a little tougher in that they are made with a pretty soft rubber. The control was broken when I got it but was replace by the seller. It took about a week to get the part and customer service was a little slow in responding but not bad. Horrific and rude customer service. The battery no longer comes off the bike after 2 uses. The company makes scooters not bikes and it is very difficult to get a hold of them. In addition, local bike shops won’t even work on the bike because thevquality is so low.

My girlfriend has a e bike with a 750 w motor and I can't even come close to keeping up with her will be returning. Sure it looks nice but trying to get up a hill for get about it oh and 35mph no won't go over 27 even down a steep hill do not recommend.
