The listing says this bean bag is for stuffed animal storage, even though it's called a bean bag. They mean it. Every bean bag I've owned has had a double layer zipper, with a small opening. This ball has a single zipper that spans the whole length (image 6). That makes it difficult and a bit dangerous to load with beans (they will end up everywhere if there's a beach). But the texture and size of the bag are great. I vastly underestimated the amount of beans this bag will hold (Yes I risked it and used beans). I clamped one end of the opening to a pole and placed the bean source on a raised platform, so they'd flow downhill. It mostly worked, but still made a mess. Which is why I only load beanbags outside. I got the total weight up to 9.5lbs (sorry, I don't know the empty bag weight) and it's only about half full. Still, it's soft and comfortable. Super soft exterior bean bag, have been filling and filling and filling still isn’t full yet so be ready to really spend a bit filling it! I could fill it with all her stuffed squishmellows but she refused to let me… 🙃 so I have to find more filling for it! It’s amazing I never dreamed it would be this gigantic! This is a nice fabric cover. Very soft and the cats love the material. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size cover for our liner and haven't quite figured out how to handle it without spending more money. The color is less gray and more bluish gray in our lighting, as well.

I’m 5’ 3” and this thing is enormous! Plenty big for an adult and my kids love it. I used laundry bags to stuff shredded memory foam I had laying around and then packed in extra pillows and bedding in muslin bags as well. It definitely helps to have springy material to stuff the bag with so keep that in mind. It’s only as comfortable as what you fill it with. It was difficult to figure out which is the top and bottom as the bag is smooth on all sides. This is great if you don’t mind something that can be squished around on any side but I do prefer some non skid padding underneath so I may have to get that separately. ... show more

I haven’t yet filled the bag as I am waiting on the fill, but I can tell it is going to be big! I will come back after I get the fill for a follow-up review with pics. It came quick and was packaged well.

This chair is enormous. It's great quality, the stitching is done well, it's soft, there's a pocket for your trinkets or maybe a snack, and a handle on case you decide to take up weight lifting after filling it. I really wish I had paid attention to the measurements. I saw the video but didn't really believe it would be that big (I know, read the description). Long story short, I used 4 queen sized pillows, two jumbo bags of beans, and a couple of throw pillows to try and fill the black hole that is this chair and it's still almost flat. My kids have a million stuffed animals and they're everywhere. I got this thinking I could put a few in it and find a spot for the rest. I was very pleasantly surprised that I got all of their stuffed animals in it and I have room for more. It's huge! The outside is very soft, it seems very well made. It also has a handle and a little pocket...I'm not sure what the pocket is for but you could fit a phone in it probably. The zipper also zips really easy and the opening opens up really wide so there's no problem getting the stuffed animals in and out. I'm really happy with this purchase.
