My dental hygienist recommended this to me. She said it was a lil more expensive but worth it, and I have to agree. Still easy to floss with like your typical flosses, but it has a little bit of texture, so it doesn’t just get junk out from between your teeth, but also “brushes” between there. IMO I wouldn’t know it was flavored if the package didn’t say so, it’s pretty faint, which really doesn’t matter to me. My only issue with it is I have 2 teeth that are so close together that floss sometimes gets stuck. With regular floss that just results in a bit of wrestling, but if this gets stuck and you pull, it just shreds apart and stays lodged between your teeth. So basically you have to use a piece of the old school plastic like floss to get it out. I don’t really hold that against the product, just a personal problem, so maybe keep taking that free floss from the dentist every 6 months if you’re in the same boat. Will definitely purchase again. I’m convinced the bad reviews are from people who don’t floss very often. As someone who has tried many brands and different types of floss, I could tell from the very first time I used these that this was something different. I can’t even believe I’m writing a review about floss but here I am. This floss is extremely sturdy, extremely efficient and does a really good job of getting the gunk out between your teeth. This floss has ruined me for other flosses and I won’t go back to using other inferior quality flosses. Yes the price is steep and one box doesn’t last nearly as long as cheaper brands, but as someone who cares a lot about oral hygiene, it’s well worth the investment. ... show more

Enjoyed the in between texture and the face that it’s coconut infused which is “healthier” though it gave a mint taste and no sign of coconut. Will continue to purchase. Reviews seemed to laud this floss as some breakthrough it tooth flossery or higher than average quality, lower than average breakage, bunching, etc. Wasn't all that impressed with it, personally. For me, it did end up bunching up, half way through flossing, pretty much got stuck in my teeth and I ended up having to cut it to try to pull it out front-ways, since it felt like I was gonna' pull my teeth out. I dunno, maybe my teeth are just bunched/crowded more than others? Who knows? Anyway, given it was about 3x as expensive as your garden variety "wax floss," I was hoping for something more amazing. But, I wasn't really feeling it, or feeling like it had any real advantages over any other floss out there. Still wrapped around my fingers and pinched off circulation during use, didn't seem any better or worse at removing plaque than your garden variety floss. Removed a reasonable amount, it seemed like. Can't say it necessarily did a "better" job at it than any other tho'? A bit reticent to try using it again since it basically "got stuck" last time, and I'd prefer not to repeat that if at all possible. But, again, don't know if any other brands would do any better at *not* getting stuck? So, for me, it was just okay. Generally worked as floss, don't know if my specific issues using it were due to my specific teeth, or its specific manufacturing. I have found no other floss that works as well as Coco Floss does. The only thing that works better is the metal tooth scaler at the dentist's office. This product may be great for some people, as I’ve seen everyone rave about it on TikTok, but it did not work well for my teeth. Firstly, the price is insane for one roll of floss. I figured there would be more yards than your typical floss, but there was actually less than my oral b glide. Supposedly the floss is better at actually removing the plaque where the Oral-B glide doesn’t actually pick up that much plaque. I do believe this is true based on my experience with the two, however, I think I have really tightly spaced teeth because this Coco floss gets stuck in between some of them and is really difficult to get out and then breaks. If you have wide spaced teeth this product would probably be good for you. Would rate higher if the price was more reasonable. ... show more

This is my favorite floss! Some of my teeth are very close together and it can be hard to get floss between them without accidentally yanking too hard and cutting my gums. This stuff slides super easily and well, and now I don’t cut my gums anymore.

Compared to the ribbon floss this floss does a better job cleaning. I’ve had dental work done and I’ve had some gum recession, and I am late in the game for regular flossing. The woven floss catches once in a while on the dental work, but I’m learning to work with it a because it does a better job flossing. ... show more
