Love the product, hate the dispenser. My teeth feel so clean after using - really scraps off the gunk. BUT some dispensers do not allow the floss to be pulled out. You have to take the dispenser apart, wind off the appropriate length, and then use scissors to cut. Then what to do with the dispenser. It won’t go back together because of the wad of floss that won’t go on the spindle. ... show more

    • Floss good...mechanism bad

The floss itself is first rate, though pricey, for my purposes and replaces the discontinued Listerine product well. BUT, three of the four little containers that dispense the floss contained such a tangled mess of floss inside that pulling out what I needed was not possible. I was able to untangle the three malfunctioning ones by forcibly disassembling the plastic dispensers and redirecting the floss to the correct path. Now all four dispensers work correctly. The dispensers need improvement somehow. Once that is accomplished, "easy to use" will get 5 stars. I contacted the vendor who promised replacements but 9 days later nothing has happened. Update 6/26/23: Just received another 4 pack gratis and all four dispensers are NOT tangled so I added a star and thanks to the company. If the tangle issue could be made a problem of the past, I would give 5 stars but I notice that folks have complained a year or more ago about this issue. ... show more

Love this floss...never gouges the gums...fits nice between teeth and hold shape...has never snapped or frayed...and has a nice mild mint taste. GREAT floss...we keep packets all over the house to assure at 2x day flossing :)
