Great setup with everything you need - works very well. For me, letting it sit on top of the drink for at least 3-4 minutes after lighting works really well. Results are fantastic.

First time using a coctail smoker and it's pretty decent. I've never used something like this before so I didn't really know what to expect. The presentation box is really nice, but the tins are pretty small and the ligther doesn't feel like it's the most durable. Using it wasn't difficult and I do find it gives a subtle flavor to my whiskey. Maybe I'm not doing it long enough or maybe it isn't intended to give it a real robust wood flavor. Either way, it does work and is pretty easy to use and clean. It's one of those things I've been using when I sit down on the patio on a nice warm evening enjoying a cigar and a glass of whiskey. The ice cubes work pretty well too, as they don't dillute my whiskey. It's pretty cool and I think it's a good gift idea if you know someone who likes whiskey. ... show more

    • Lock doesn’t work
The butane torch is made of cheap plastic and the lock doesn’t work. I bought two as a gift for two different families, and I found both torches being of the same poor quality.

I would have giving this a 5 star but the lighter came in defective and when I emailed the company, they never responded back. If they ever decide to respond back and replace the broken lighter I will change my rating.
