Big but compact storage of bar essentials: outside metal unit is the size of a football and converts into an ice bucket when you remove the wood tray inside that holds the utensils The utensils are not complete. You get a muddler made of wood, a double ended jigger, stainless steel ice scoop with slots to drain water, and a bottle opener. But you don't get is a strainer, which is something I use a lot and a long twisted spoon again something I use a lot. So you are going to need a Boston Shaker or cocktail shaker with a strainer and spoon alongside this unit. So the question is is the space that it takes up again being maybe even a little larger than a football worth it because some people have limited space and a drawer would do for most of those items except for the ice bucket. Still it's very attractive. Gold is a light very retro mid century brass color --I think the stainless would be better. ... show more

The wood has a crack and the tools are damaged. The colors are off too. Very disappointing product.

Ordered this for my husband who drinks old fashions - muddling is involved 😉. It’s a nice set to have out at a cocktail party and stores nicely when not in use.

I was really excited to add this Lenox bar tool set to my home bar. I have several Lenox home and kitchen items and have never been disappointed in the quality of the brand. The bar tool set is really beautiful, as expected. The individual tools are of very nice quality and heavy duty. I did not notice any scratches and certainly no dents on my set. I do think this set is lacking in a few key items. A long spoon, especially, would have been great. Most disappointing of all though…the top does not fit on my tool kit. I carefully looked over the other reviews and see no mention of this being an issue, so perhaps I received an odd set. I have settled with placing it just so on top of the ice bucket so that it appears closed, but for the price of this kit, it’s pretty aggravating. ... show more

This set is attractive but limited. Depending on what you drink it may be sufficient. It looks nifty with a golden egg holding the tools. Once the tools are removed it works as a small ice bucket. Included are a bottle opener, jigger, muddler and ice scoop. Nice.

The bottom is slightly domed. Place it on a hard surface and it wobbles like a weeble wobble. Remember those? Except it WILL fall down.

This is a great bar tool set for small areas. It all nests within itself and takes on the form of a golden or stainless steel egg look. It is easy to wipe down and keep clean. Washing and drying after use are likewise easy to perform. It features the basic must have utensils for a proper bar. There is a little extra room inside that you might be able to fit a few smaller extra tools as well. I really like the craftsmanship and detail of everything. They are all quality components. The finish on the wooden components is a stained and sealed smooth finish. The entire set has a quality to it that I would expect of Lenox. 5 stars. ... show more
