However, the strap made to fit behind the scrotum broke instantly which was a bummer because my wife liked what it did in the area. She noted that the ribbed pattern greatly pleased her with "excitement". The item cleaned up nicely and will be sued again except I will have to cut the back strap off, unfortunately. Cool concept! The wife is pleased as please as can be & that's what matters. This is doable but non-functional for endowment in the sac & shaft. To accommodate the intended purpose, we cut the loop off for the sac & use the tubes like a sleeve only.
