I ordered this hoping it met my expectations and it definitely does. When I tell you my shower is almost complete, all I need is some eucalyptus to put around the top. The pressure is perfect and it’s bigger than I expected so that’s a plus. The quality of the material is great and it was also very easy to install. First I want to say that this product is, at first test, fantastic! I received this product within the day, the shipping was fantastic. When I got the package I immediately noticed that it had some weight too it. That's a good thing for me. Being I was working, it took a day for me to get to a point where I could install it, but when I did. WOW. The quality of the product is super great. The hose itself made most of the hoses I've bought at Walmart seem like toys. The hose is super flexible as well. The rubber nozzles in the rainfall head felt of high quality as well, and even came with extras. The installation was super easy following the instructions and only took like 5 minutes to get it connected. I will note here, which is why it's only 4 stars, is that on the 12" extension arm the end of the arm where it should adjust (at the 3 way diverter) is stuck as if it was glued or maybe welded. The butterfly nut was even off at one point, and still the arm would not move. I recommend Cobbe take a look into their manufacturing process (or whomever they source that too) and make sure this isn't done for future customers. I was not able to get in contact with Cobbe directly, but I was able to get assistance from Amazon in obtaining a replacement arm via a total product replacement. I will update this review pending replacement. After installation, I ran the water to find that there were no leaks. So, of course I had to test... The rainfall shower head was so relaxing and I tremendously enjoyed it, and the hand-held shower head's 9 settings were each fantastic. I switched form a normal handheld bought from Walmart (which we've had for YEARS) to this rainfall combination product and I'm SO glad I did. All in all, the shower was amazing, even though there wasn't super pressure, but my location's pressure itself is sufficient for what I like. But so far, this product is amazing and I love the quality, the feel of the rainfall like water and I love being able to stand under the water as opposed to in front of water at an angle. Raises high enough that all can fit underneath it and wide enough to receive a thorough rinsing of hair and body. Much better than using a sink to wash hair, or even a handheld sprayer. Highly recommended for quality, usefulness and price.

The media could not be loaded. I don't normally leave reviews but this has pissed me off to another level. Look I've installed a few rain shower heads. Started with a 8", then upgraded to a 10" and now that I moved the fixtures are black so I was looking for something to match the look and found this and I thought okay bigger with a filter... no brainer to buy. I did read the mix reviews and thought pft maybe they didn't do it right. But nope they were right. I've been at this for 2 glittering (because I can't curse) hours. I used enough of the teflon (which they don't include enough with the amount of times you have to try to make this work). If you use a wrench to tighten a little bit it will peel. It's painted (for that I could've bought a chrome one and painted it myself). God I'm so upset. After you think you fixed one leak. Another one happens at the connection of the square showerhead. My solution for that one is to take off the gasket that it comes with because it will leak with it. With all the times I tried to tighten the paint peels. Not the type of look I want to have just buying it. And then when I tried to shower again another small drip. I just cannot. It's not supposed to be this difficult or time consuming. Normally I take 15 min but this is a nightmare. Not worth the money or time. Don't fix something that isn't broke. I should've left my shower head the way it was. Also, it says it's high pressure but I find that the handheld portion of this doesn't get much pressure. It says 2.5 GPM. I do light the light feel of the handheld portion but would definitely need to replace filter regularly because it's made of plastic and hard water has no mercy on plastic or anything. I just had to undo it all to return because mines has to be a defective one. I would've loved it to work but unfortunately I guess I'm not that lucky this time. ... show more

I usually don’t take the time to write product reviews, but this is the first product that warranted my time. I’ve gone through six showerheads in the past year and a half, and my family has destroyed all of them except this one. This one has great versatility with both the overhead rain and the handheld Device that allows you to wash small children, dogs, tub, and things of that nature. It has to curb water pressure with lots of different settings. It looks like a quality product as well. Doesn’t look cheap or cheesy. It hasn’t leaked like all the other ones have either.
