I got these because my tv is too bright and has been bothering my eyes. And l have read that computer screens like the iPad damage your eyes. When l tried them in front of the tv, l saw the difference instantly! There is a slight yellow tint to them which apparently corrects the extra blue light. The lenses reflect a pretty blue tint. The glasses are very lightweight and l like that the cross bar over your nose is high; almost level with the top of the frame. The pieces that touch your nose are lower and are a part of the frame. They sit better on me than other glasses, which often tip on my nose. Inside the box is a cleaning cloth in its own resealable bag, and a glasses case that is lined and folds from flat, up to a triangle shape to hold your glasses and the cloth in its bag. There is also an instruction booklet that explains how to protect them; keep them out of a hot car, don't use a rough cleaning cloth, etc. l was concerned that they would be too wide on me, but personally l like them being a bit wider than my face. I also like the frame, which is a very subtle tortoise shell. They are lightweight and delicate, so prepare for that. I really like these, and nobody paid me to write this! ... show more

Right before I ordered these, I did the Warby Parker try 5 at home and love a pair that I was ready to drop $150 on for non-prescription blue light lenses. I was convinced to try a cheaper pair before I committed and I'm so glad I did! These are a bit lighter weight-wise than the Warby Parker glasses, but that actually stops them from slipping down my face. The yellow tint is not very noticeable. I'm on the computer probably 55 hrs/week. I'm still not 1000% convinced on complete effectiveness of blue light glasses, but felt I had to try something. Since getting these and using for several weeks, can I identify a POSITIVE objective health benefits? I guess not. BUT, maybe it's a placebo effect, I have noticed I've started remembering my dreams significantly more frequently. Are the 2 related? Idk. But there's an objective difference between what your eyes see through the glasses vs. not through the glasses (the coloring). They seem solidly built so far, but they do "creak" some when I'm giving them a clean. But I'm guessing all glasses do ... show more

It is really flexible and looser than I want it to be. There is a little spot in the glass that has been bothering me when I wear and I tried clean it and I am not sure if it is inside the layers or outside and I couldn't clear it off.     • Look Nice but Needs Constant Cleaning...

They're effective at reducing blue light by quite a bit, though they do give everything a very noticably yellow tint. These are the first pair I've ever bought for blue light though so idk maybe that's normal. By no means was that part a deal breaker for me however. What is the deal breaker is just how ungodly easy and relentlessly these things smudge or collect debris! It was constantly messing up my vision and I felt like I was constantly wiping it (with the microfiber cloth that comes with it) to no avail! I've had plenty of sunglasses that have never needed so much care. I felt afraid to even touch the rim of them for fear of a big old smudge across the lens. Like I said though, this is my first pair of blue light glasses so idk, it may very well be a common issue among them. All I can say for now is I'll find out soon as I'm gonna be ordering a new pair from a different brand soon. Filtering blue light really does make working on the computer, gaming, and watching TV at night feel much more comfortable, and I really liked the look of these ones a lot so it's quite a shame but I just can't stand constantly wiping them down anymore. I had bought these because i thought the shape of the lens were nice. I have one of those blue light testers, and these glasses really do block most of the blue light. Nice mild yellow tint. My complaint is that they were a little bent when i got them. If i open the glasses up and put them on the table, one side will be slightly in the air. It’s kind of annoying. The glasses feel pretty cheap and they dont feel “satisfying” to open up. The hinges dont have enough resistance. You get what you pay for i guess. Overall, they’re not too bad.
