Trvoxviq 6-flute CNC Spoilboard Surfacing Router Bit, 1/2" (12.7mm) Shank, 2" (50.8mm) Cutting Diameter, total length is 3'' (76mm). Comes with EXTRA 10 Replacement Blades(10x10x2.2mm, 35). The total length may have a 2-5mm error due to different production batches. Please MAKE SURE the set screws are thigtened frimly before each time use!! And the holder should be clamped at least 20mm.
Unique Design: 6 -WINGS Wood Planer Bit has unique chamfer corner insert design, creates a flawless surface. And the 6 wing design, resulting in a more balanced tool while running. Also it provide a smoother finish at the bottom of the cut than traditional two-knife style router bits. Great for surface planning.
The CNC milling cutter comes with 10 EXTRA carbide inserts to which the rare precious metals TaC and TiC are added, resulting in the impact strength and wear resistance, higher density, better compactness, no bubbles, uniform and dense metallographic structure, makes the face cutter more durable.
