To my surprise, my unit arrived a week early, which was great. Packaging is fantastic, everything made the trip just fine. Machine powered right up after just some very minor prep work (remove interior packing foam and install Wi-Fi antenna. The unit was quite loud at first as the fans were all set to full blast. I finally figured out that there is a remote control provided in one of the small accompanying boxes that allows you to control the RGB lights as well as the fan speed. Loads screens hellafast. It's insane. Truly a beast. A couple of minor issues. The fans don't increase/decrease speed automatically. They start on high and can only be changed by using the remote control. Once lowered, they won't automatically kick on when needed. You have to manually increase the speed via remote. I had to get help from tech support with this and the button on the back of the desktop didn't help. Also, I'd love to have a "legend" for the remote control. You can press all of the buttons manually to figure out what they do, but it would be nice if they included a graphic with the setup instructions. I tried to find something online, to no avail. Also, I suspect there may be an issue with the video card, as sometimes my desktop picture turns to black. It's still 1000x better than my old Alien and the free mouse/keyboard aren't shabby. Very fast computer. The startup of Windows and other programs is almost instantaneous thanks to the solid-state hard drive. Some have complained that the computer was too loud but there is a remote controller that changes the fan speed (there are 6 of them). There are plenty of fans to prevent overheating while playing the most CPU-demanding games. The remote also controls the LED lighting built into the computer. I had constant issues wrong soft Ware was installed when I got it wouldn't read the graphics card at all spent 2 hours fixing that issue it would randomly shut off while it was on the fans would cut on max speed for no reason (wasn't warm at all) But over all those issues it wouldn't be such a bad desktop ran great besides these issues for the money and having all the issues I was not happy at all I kept it for 20 days to try to enjoy it and I did but more problems kept happening so I returned it ... show more

    • Powerful but comes with issues
This PC is an absolute unit with a large case and top of the line specs. However it comes with issues with firstly on how it randomly turns off due to corrupted files and gpu. Its an easy fix on my end but overall the product is good beside those things, cqn run very powerfully
