Was a little hesitant buying a couch off of amazon, especially since I like to feel the comfort of the couch before buying. The couch I really wanted was the 7th Avenue modular couch, but it was waaaaay out of our budget. I found this couch and it had little reviews but they all were good reviews, so I gave it a chance and im glad I did. The cushions are a little firm at first, but once you break them in it gets a lot more comfy. Its a good large size and the storage in the ottoman is great! Putting it together wasnt too hard, definitely need two hands tho. The hardest part was putting the couch covers on the body of the couch. We were so confused on which way it was supposed to go on, and then it seemed like it was too small for the couch. But we did manage to get them on, and the couch looks nice and expensive! Id definitely recommend if you want a nice large comfy couch without breaking the bank. ... show more

This is advertised as a cloud couch that’s soft and comfortable and it is anything but comfortable. The texture is rough and it’s very firm. It was a pain in the ass to put together, make sure you have someone with muscles to pull the pieces apart and you need at least two people. Shipping. I don't know if this will apply to everyone but to my surprise the couch came in 5 days earlier than estimated. No prime or any early shipping options selected. Size. If you're looking for a decently large couch that isn't crazy expensive like those big brands, then I suggest choosing this one. It took forever to find a sectional, modular couch that would actually fit our family of four. Everything about this couch is wonderfully large. Each module, each cushion and the arm rests. Now SEAT DEPTH was a huge deal! Two of us are 5'9 and after suffering on a couch that was ridiculously too short for us to even fit on, this couch is awesome. And if you decide to add the ottoman expect it to be large as well. It's very convinient for extra sleeping space, especially for guests. Plus it has strorage. It's probably one of the best things about this sectional. Comfort. The firmness is actually a good balance. It's soft but stiff and thick enough to hold it's shape. It won't collapse so easily. Which to us is a good thing. Function. If you're setup for this couch ISN'T to position it up against a wall then I suggest installing the connectors. Each module is sturdy, well the whole couch pretty much is, but it will slowly drift apart if without connectors. Also keep in mind that the connectors aren't the best. One of ours is already having trouble staying attached. So if you decide to build your own or buy a sturdier connector then do so. It'll probably be better. All in all, it's a great couch. I, like I’m sure most of you are, was skeptical to buy a couch from Amazon. I live in a rural area so I spent months shopping online for what I wanted at a good price. When the couch I originally selected was out of stock, I stumbled upon this one, and for a lower price. One note I will make is if you choose to get an ottoman, MEASURE! It is gigantic. Price: 5/5 I saw several couches for much higher prices and worse reviews. Quality: 5/5 each piece is constructed with a sturdy wooden frame Assembly: 5/5 They pack all the parts for each piece into the bottom of the base. From there you remove all your parts and get to work. I was nervous about the covers after reading the reviews. Once you figure out how they should go on, it’s very easy! The reviews mentioning it being super tight and their fabric ripped, I think they were trying to stretch them on in a manner they shouldn’t have. They fit nice and snug but I never felt like I had to fight the fabric and risk it ripping. Start with your section sitting upright and work your way down. Don’t try and work from the bottom up. Comfort: 4/5 I am giving this a 4 because it looks like it’d be a very squishy couch, but it is actually very firm. I don’t mind a firm couch and find it comfortable, but my husband would prefer it to be less firm. We’ve had the couch for less than a week, but I think over time if it doesn’t soften up or he doesn’t adjust, we could re-stuff the cushions with something more plush. Customer service: 5/5 customer service was PHENOMENAL. They were extremely responsive and gave me updates along the way. Each piece ships separately so they supplied me with each individual tracking number. After receiving the couch they checked in with me to see how I liked it and if it met my expectations. Absolutely in love with this couch. It’s huge, sturdy, good looking and well built. Did I say huge? I got the light grey which is great for brightening up that living room. When you receive this YOU have to assemble it. It’s easy. But much easier if you have two people, in fact have two people assemble. Watch the video and it is almost as easy as it looks.
