Love this product. It works perfectly and allowed me to dry since I was left with wet clothes when my dryer stopped working. I did see some reviews that stated difficult to assemble which I do not understand at all. This was incredibly easy and very quick to assemble and use. Of course it is not meant to be a substitute for a standard home dryer, but since I had to hang dry washed and spun out clothes when my home dryer stopped working I was able to finish drying my clothes that were still too damp to put away or wear. This item was a life saver for me. Being able to dry clothes that are just damp was perfect. Honestly I can't comment on extremely wet clothing because I used them on clothes that were still damp after hang drying. I was able to add dryer sheets with the damp clothes to have a fresh scent and help with wrinkle removal. 100% love this item & honestly if I had to purchase a replacement for this item it would be more affordable and time efficient than going to a laundry mat. It does put out a lot of heat, but since I hung it on my shower rack it was manageable and I didn't need to turn my bathroom fan on. It does make a little noise, but since it was hung up in bedroom bathroom with door shut really did not notice any noise when normal home noises of family and tvs are already in use. The size is perfect for where I use it as well as what I put in to dry. Not winter yet, but would be perfect to warm up shoes or snow dampened item! 100% love! ... show more

Super easy setup and ready for use in under 5 minutes (and that includes opening the box, setting everything up, then throwing the box away afterwards). The heater is on a timer, which is perfect. Worked perfectly right out of the box. A good size and you can fit a lot of hanging clothes. Tall enough to fit a knee-length dress. Drawbacks: a little pricey for the materials. But Jeff gotta make it rain youknowwhatimean. No shelf to lay items on, like intimate apparel you'd rather lay flat to dry than hang. Not too sturdy and a little flimsy. Pros: It’s compact for small spaces like apartments. Hangs up with easy assembly and easy to put in storage. Comes with sturdy hanging clips. It’s the size of an average water heater when blown up by air. It’s quiet. At electricity at $.32 per hr my bill for 4 hrs use would equal to $1.28 a day in my city. Cheaper than a coin laundry dryer machine. Cons: It’s not very efficiently hot enough to dry clothes well at 30-60 mins. Can’t hold much, about 5 light weighted items. I wrung out tightly any water from these clothes, placing 1 light rayon blouse, three light weight cotton boxers, and 1 cotton plaid sheer shirt. Set to 90 mins and they’re still damp. Leaving clothes out overnight on an outside clothing line drys my clothes the next morning at no cost but time. So if you want to wait 4 hours for 5 light sheer fabrics to dry I suppose this works. It’s just not time efficient. My hair dryer has hotter heat than this low heat air blow unit. If you want a portable air dryer this would work. It just takes 4 hrs, and for light fabrics such as light weighted shirts, linen, sheer fabrics, thin fabrics, underwear. Sweaters, thick socks and jeans would take significantly longer and double plus time to dry. This unit would be good for clothes that normally are tumble dry. So total drying time for my 5 items to be bone dry was 180 mins aka 3hrs. ... show more

If you want to wrestle parts, listen to a loud fan, and still have damp clothes after several hours, then this product is ideal. It was a lot of work to put together and to also take down. I think this dryer is extremely well thought out. I think the problem is I tried to use it as a real dryer and ended up burning the motor out by trying to do back up laundry. As a travel dryer it’s efficient. It does take awhile to dry. The size is nice and it’s quiet. I bought this because it was $30 thinking if it doesn't work no biggie. Wow was I surprised! This works great. It doesn’t hold a lot but it is just me. So it is perfect. I hang it on my shower rod and it is very quiet. It comes with a handy storage bag, but I hang it in the spare closet. It does throw off heat, so I just close the bathroom door. This portable clothes dryer may be more useful for someone traveling in an RV or a small camper. I bought it to go with my small portable washing machine to use in my apartment so I do not have to walk all the way to the laundromat a few blocks down from my apartment. It does not hold many items even once they are distributed on hangers. It also does not remove the stiffness or lint buildup on the clothing from washing them. This portable dryer heats up the room that it’s in very much as the heat simply rises out of the top.
