  • What you need in a pinch!
The Clore Automotive Jump-N-Carry JNC770R 1700 Peak Amp Premium 12 Volt Jump Starter is an excellent, reliable tool for anyone who wants a powerful and durable jump starter. It has consistently impressed me with its ability to jump-start a variety of vehicles, from small cars to larger trucks, thanks to the 1700 peak amps and 12V capacity. I appreciate its heavy-duty clamps and long cables, which make it easy to connect to hard-to-reach batteries. The built-in digital display is a great feature, providing helpful information about the battery’s status, and the overall design is robust and solidly built. The additional features like a USB port and a 12V power output come in handy for charging devices on the go, making this more versatile than a standard jump starter. However, it is on the heavier side, which can make it a bit cumbersome to carry, and it requires proper storage and charging to ensure it's always ready to go. Overall, it has become a valuable tool in my car emergency kit, providing peace of mind with its reliable performance and quality. ... show more

  • Best value for the money and power
I've got an auto dealership, and this jump pack will start everything. I'm so impressed with the quality, and I love how it gives full power for as long as you need unlike other jump packs will only give power for a few seconds and then turn off. I bought a second one because I love it so much!

  • Powerful! Vroooom!
This thing is a beast! Starts any car in less than a minute. Used for charging items during power outages too. The little chargers are junk and can’t start cars/trucks that are dead. This one does it with ease! Buy it. Industrial grade behemoth!

  • Worked wonderfully
I have gle 450 Benz and it needed to be repeatedly jumped . I bought this thing and it saved me a lot of money! I didn’t have to call AAA and waste my service trips. Also we put it in my other car to use to charge our phones on a trip to NYC. Great product

  • Long enough cables
I own four antique cars and several other modern cars- I need to jumpstart several times a year. I bought this one because it had long cables. It arrived with enough power to jump a 1992 911 with ease. Didn’t struggle and the cables were not warm. Because it came with the cord you need to charge it, I plugged it in to fully charge it. It’s not too heavy or big, the battery clamps are sturdy and well designed, the carry handle is well thought out and comfortable to hold. ... show more

  • Very Poor Quality - Don't buy
The Jump-N-Carry unit failed after only 6 months. I used the unit 2 times over the past 6 months, and it performed as expected. However, when I tried to recharge the and the display was dead, and the unit didn't charge. I contacted the manufacturer for product support and was told to ship this heavy unit which weighs about 25 lbs at my cost to a very far flung location where the shipping cost nearly equals the purchase price of the unit. Bottom line: When you purchase a JNC jumper pack, you will get a poor quality product that may fail quickly, and their warranty is worthless because excercisng the warranty is a hassle and so expensive that you can buy a new unit instead. There really are better products at better prices and quality available from other brands. Don't buy Jump-N-Carry products from Clore Automotive. ... show more

  • Open The Box as Soon as ti Arrrives !!!
First, one thing I have learned is when you get something from Amazon, open it and check it promptly regardless of when you will actually need to use it or gift it. I opened the box for my new battery charger and as soon as the top was open, I saw the light! The light on the top / front of the charger was on with the plastic bag still around the entire unit. The light switch is recessed and has to be held in to turn the light on so, it did not get turned on in shipping. That being said I don't know if this was a New unit or one someone returned with the light on and it was never checked. The manual says it comes fully charged in one place and in another says to charge it for 24 hours before the first use. I plugged it in, and the "charging" notice showed up on the panel and the voltage was just over 11 volts. So, it is charging for the 24 hours and hopefully when I need it to work, it will. The good news is it is a really bright light and it didn't get hot enough, before I opened it, to set the plastic and box on fire. I had previously owned the JNC 660, which I bought in 2011 and it worked great until last Thursday when I went to turn on my car to meet some friends for golf and it was dead and could not be returned to life. So, really can't complain but make sure you chasrge it on a regular basis. You can sign up wiht the manufacturer and they will send you reminders to do a recharge on a regular basis. Nice touch since you really dont't think much about it until you need it to save your batt. ... show more
