UPDATE: The seller has excellent customer service. I was contacted and a replacement was promptly shipped, which works as it should. As noted in my initial review, the clock looks cool.     • Amazing clock and supportive customer service
Ok so this clock looks great but the biggest flaws are in the wifi settings and software. The wifi is openly available to anyone nearby to connect and change your clock settings. There is no way to disable the wifi after connection and there is no way to forget the connection if you no longer want to use wifi. There is no daylight savings time option when you sync the time (1 hour behind now). Some smaller minor issues, adjusting color app on IOS is extremely difficult if you want to all the digits to match in color because they only use a color wheel and you are dragging the color to try and match every digit. UPDATE: Customer service has reached out to me to work on their software. You can tell they care about the product. They have added a wifi password and hopefully making some more adjustments for the software to be more user friendly. ... show more

Will put together little Clock. Plenty bright characters are clearly defined. My only complaint is like a lot of other people have said the interface is absolutely terrible. I honestly didn’t expect much on that front especially since this is what a lot of people consider cheap Chinese junk. I accidentally clicked use password and now I cannot get back into it as I do not know what the password is. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Listen, ever since I saw a clock similar to this on fallout, I’ve wanted one. Unfortunately they were always out of my price range and in upwards of over 2-300$. Finding this clock was a god send and I am in love with it. I have it set up on a shelf in my office/craft room, where I tend to go live on TikTok. I have gotten so many compliments on it. This is a steal and it is well made. The alarm is loud enough to wake me which is sometimes hard to do, and I really need to find the book to figure out how to turn the thing off cuz I accidentally set it to go off at 2pm for no apparent reason. Will be buying a few more for other rooms soon, once my credit cards cool off 🤣 thank you seller, you made my clock dream come true 🫶🏻 ... show more
