Some friends recommended this new supplement to me, they have been taking for months and it's done wonders for their needs. I much prefer natural supplements if available. Took some time to research the ingredients on this label before ordering. Weight loss is an added bonus. I take this daily with food, much better than on its own. You get used to the taste after a few days. Right away, I did noticed spurts of energy throughout the day. Then, my appetite and snacking started to decrease little by little. No wonder you lose weight! Lost couple pounds from that alone. Had a doctor's appointment and blood sugar was tested. At least for me, it did indeed lowered my A1C levels into the normal range. I got this supplement recently because I was looking for something that would help me with my weightloss management. I found this and research it and definitely was sold with it having natural ingredients. I take one daily with ny breakfast, and it has helped me by giving me more energy and I have since lost 2 lbs, which for me says that it is working! Great product! I absolutely love the fact that it's vegan. It contains cinnamon, which I typically take anyway daily so this is great because it's added in to this supplement already!! Very easy absorption and easy to swallow. Great product with quality ingredients for immune health!

Great for weight loss. And overall feeling better. I’ve taken it for a week and cut down carbs and been exercising daily. It’s so subtle but I am totally leaning out. It’s one of the better weight loss supplements no jitters and it really works well. Love it!
