As described, quick shipping and good packaging. Rope appears to be made of good material, pre stitched loop on each end with clear heat shrink protecting the end loop stitch and braids. Included 2 locking caribiners and a storage bag. I wish bag was made of stronger material and a little taller for people like me who pre fold their rope so it can be attached while still in bag and throw the bag over the ledge and rope unbraids and hangs perfectly. The rope itself is fine and serves its intended purpose. For the life of me I can't figure out why 20M costs less than 10M, but what the heck, I got twice as much as I needed for 3/4 the price so I ain't complaining. I will complain a little about the carabiners and plastic thimbles, though. I wish the thimbles were a bit larger because that would be preferable for *my* use. Also, the nose and notch on both 'biners were covered in burrs which grabbed and scratched the plastic thimbles when hooking on. I had to take them to a wire wheel to clean them up. Speaking of the PLASTIC thimbles, here is what one of the product photos states. Grammatical and punctuation errors are theirs. "We used heavy duty stainless steel thimbles rigging that you won't have to worry about the split of thimbles rigging which will damage the rope , keep your safety." I don't mind plastic thimbles, just don't advertise them as stainless steel. Ugh. The rope may be worthy of 5 stars, especially considering its price, but the other factors I listed above drops it down to 4 stars. ... show more
