I bought this oil because I was having a flea issue and Cedarwood oil, while it doesn’t kill them, is supposed to impact their nervous system and therefore render them unable to carry on business as usual. I now throw the blankets from my pet beds in the dryer with a damp washcloth that has a few drops of this oil. My flea problem has all but been eliminated. It's surprisingly hard to find the pink grapefruit scent I want, but this one nails it. I use this oil in a diffuser. I will add a little in my bathroom before a nice long hot shower, and I have added it to moisturizer mixtures I have made. It is a good long lasting smell. I like to put the oil on the walls of my shower, and when I come out, my skin smells like pink grapefruit, which doesn't happen with other oil brands I use. ... show more

I just received this product. I already enjoy the smell! I've seen a couple of comments about reactions. I just want to suggest that when applying essential oils to skin, please be sure to dilute it with a carrier oil! You more than likely only need a drop or two depending on how much of the carrier oil you are using. I have had so many struggles with dandruff for all my life and I started mixing some drops of this into Jojobo oil and letting it in my hair overnight or for a few hours and it has helped my dandruff SO much. HUGE fan of this brand as well as lavender in general. The scent is wonderful! I would bathe in it if I could!!!! Amazon not once but twice shipped the large bottle in just a bag. NO PROTECTION. The first one broke but the second miraculously arrived without damage.
