The concept of a collapsible, dual suspension electric bike with disc brakes sounds amazing. The reality is far less impressive. I spent years as a bicycle cop, riding Treks that were capable and durable. This bike does not offer that confidence. It has the fit and finish of Chinese metal. You will always wish you had something just a little better. When I first put it together I charged up the bike and took it out with naive excitement to have the wind whip through what remains of my flowing locks. The bike would not run on any level above 1 without automatically shutting off. The seller was responsive and sent me a second battery. Unfortunately, I continued to have the same issue. I researched these Chinese bikes a little more in attempting to fix the problem. It appears these battery packs often have recycled or reused battery cells that may have faults. In order to get them to work they need to be charged well beyond just getting it to full charge the first time. That fixed one battery, but not the original that came with the bike. I did eventually get the bike to work even though the battery won't lock into the cradle that holds it. It just rests there. Now that it is working, it is exhilarating to ride. It has nice power and pull to it. However, I'm 5'9" and the frame is just a hair too small for me. It has since become my daughter's bike and she loves it. It now makes it very difficult to keep up with a 10 year old on my old 21 speed. But she sure is happy, and far less tired than the old man. I highly suggest getting an electric bike. It brings the joy back to riding. This is likely not the one you want. If yours does not work, it is quite expensive to send it back. I would look for one with more and better reviews. ... show more

The bike looks beautiful but does not work. The brakes don't even work. It seems like there's a problem with the motor, the wiring and/or the battery. It's also super flimsy when you're trying to ride as a normal bike. A great seat though. If you change out the battery and possibly the control module to a 48 volt system it might actually sometimes work, but you might need to put new brakes and replace most of the bike. The fake people acting like they like it you can even see on that post they had to contact customer service. If everything is working well why do you have to contact customer service. You can't get this bike without problems. Don't believe the fake good reviews. ... show more

Customer support was excellent. I had an issue with damage to the bike that was concealed but happened during shipping. I also had a bunch of questions about the bike set-up. They were on top of it within 12hours each time. It was handled with professionalism and everything turned out great. Stuff happens that is sometimes out of the sellers control yet this seller took care of the customer 1st. I would buy from them again strictly based on their customer support alone. ... show more

I bought this bike because it looked good and had a great description little did I know that it was too good to be true because when I got it the motor has a malfunction that makes the whole bike turn off almost instantly when you start to ride it and the shipping is gonna cost me $300. Dont fall for this Scam most of the bikes that they have sold are probably faulty. They also need to work on their customer service because they say that it’ll take 3-5 days to respond but they take longer and that’s if they even answer ... show more

Battery ships separately from bike so tracking was a little confusing until I contacted the seller. However, they were very responsive and easy to work with. The bike looks good, works great but is better suited for someone who is under 5'9" and less than 200lbs. Since this is a foldable bike, you lose some of the seat to handlebar length and the motor power/battery life is optimal with less weight. Although the bike is rated for 330lb capacity it performs better and the battery lasts longer with a smaller individual. I like the bike and haven't had the same issues that I've read in all of the other reviews. ... show more
