I had a used Clicgear model 1 I bought used. This new model 4 has many improvements from the original. For example, the straps used to be bungy cords which wore out. The new straps are thick rubber and connect like a belt, very easy to adjust. Also, the brake mechanism was cumbersome to use. The new brake control is an easy flip of the brake lever. The model 1 used pneumatic wheels which required filling with air every so often. The new model has hard wheels requiring no maintenance. The pushbutton release for the front wheel is also better than the lever which broke on my model 1. All in all, looks like a great pushcart. ... show more

I've had a number of golf pushcarts over the years. In the past, I wasn't willing to spend money on the more expensive ones. The others always broke after a few seasons. Or they would topple over when off balance. The Clicgear is ideal. I have had a lot of Push carts. This is the sturdiest and best cart I have owned yet. The last Clicgear cart I had was a 4 wheel and it was pretty good. But this one is less complicated and is built very strong. The brake is much better than the last one I had. Worth the money

This cart is much easier to push compared to a Caddy Tech. It is a bit more difficult to close than the Caddy Tech, but I would purchase this one again.

This is absolutely the best golf purchase I've made besides my clubs. This Push-Cart roles beautifully smooth, and it's very stable..... Was hesitant at first to pay $299 for it, but now I'm happy I didn't go with a cheaper cart because this Clicgear 4.0 is worth every dollar..... It is extremely well made. Next step will be to convert is to an electric cart in the coming months. I think that is the only upgrade that it would need. I'm "over the moon happy" with this purchase. ... show more

    • Pretty Good but a Few Small Issues

Cart works well and is compact and easy to fold and unfold. I saw this in other reviews but just want to echo it here as they were right. The drink holder is USELESS! It is so narrow you can't even put a can of soda in it let alone any kind of water bottle. Completely ridiculous, especially on such a pricy cart. Also, the umbrella holder angle is not adjustable so if you adjust the handle to make it more upright for a tall person, the umbrella holder begins to point forward. Seems like two easy fixes but since they have been showing up in reviews before this and have not been changed, I guess they really want you to pay extra for the big drink holder! Also, the cargo net under the handle is pretty small so can't really put anything slightly big in it. Again, the golf cart itself is good and functional, but the trimmings leave a lot to be desired. ... show more
