  • It works
Arrived pretty beat up - had to fix a couple of dents on the side and front panels, and also had to replace a couple of rivets inside the stove. Louder than I expected, but it heats pretty well. The thermostat could be better and seems to be 4 to 6 degrees off - with the thermostat set to 65 degrees, it keeps the room at 70. Mostly run it in P3 - next to the lowest setting. In the highest setting (P1) the amount of heat it generates is a bit scary and includes a burning paint smell (assume that will burn off eventually). All in all good for the price. ... show more

  • Great Product to say the least!
Absolutely love it. The one and only thing that I don't care for is the auger noise. Could never figure out the setting schedule as well. I actually put this in my RV and this place is like a log cabin in here ! ! One of the best things I've ever purchased !!

  • Sorry I Ever Bought It.
I bought this because I wanted a smaller, more automatic pellet stove than the old one. Now I'm sorry I sold the old one. The instructions are incredibly difficult to understand, once it shuts off I have to unplug it to start again, the pellets do not burn at the rate stated so the stove is out every morning. I set it at 76 degrees and the lowest setting (burn rate) and it is always out in the morning. Even if I set the thermostat at 68 or 70, it is still out. The hopper only holds 18 lb. of pellets (which I knew when I bought it), but is is supposed to burn 1.8 lb./hr = 10 hours. But it won't burn that long. There are 2 EC features which control the slow down time once the pre set temp. has been reached but I cannot disable that EC feature, which I am supposed to be able to do. I just want to set it on a low feed setting and have it keep burning - not possible! I will be returning this stove just as soon as I can find a replacement. PS...I am trying to heat a less than 200 sq. ft. room with an adjacent room of about 200 sq. ft. I would not recommend this stove at all!! ... show more

  • Danger
The media could not be loaded. Had it for 2 years. Cleaned at least once a week. Burst into flames right into the pallet hopper. Please be careful if you purchase the stove do not use it when you’re not home I am reaching out to the company now to report the incident. 1/24/24 Update: almost 2 weeks later finally heard back from company after leaving multiple messages and emails requested pictures of damage to stove. Haven’t heard anything back from them. Pam from the stove company called me back today and informed me that they will not be offering me any assistance with this problem and that all damage was caused by this stove only getting cleaned once a day. She informed me that it is common for this brand and type of stove to catch fire if not cleaned daily. From her mouth to your ears. Not safe and will catch on fire if you miss 1 day of cleaning. ... show more

  • Good stove, terrible manual, good tech support
Stove feedback 4 stars Title: Good stove, terrible manual, good tech support. The stove works, but not like the manual says. I don’t believe the manufacturer gave serious effort in writing the manual. There isn’t a step by step process described in the installation setup of control panel. When powered on the screen displays Day, Time, P1 (power/rate setting) and a ridiculous temperature setting. Mine said 120 F. Right away I Intuited that I ought to lower the 120 F to something for humans? I used the down arrow to drop it to 70 F. The stove fired up and worked for several hours. My 400 sq ft shop got over 80 degrees. Somewhere during this time EC02 displayed on the screen. I powered the stove off. EC02 is a mode of operation. In my small space EC02 is not a good choice. The manual says you can use EC01, EC02 or opt to not use it. EC01 fires the stove until the temp is reached, then it stops heating and cycles off. EC02 mode lowers the pellet feed rate and the blower speed when the temp is reached. But, it doesn’t stop. Not a good idea for me. The choice is EC01 or EC02, no way to opt out. The manual refers to MANUAL/ AUTOMATIC operation and being able to toggle between them and an indicator light. No, that doesn’t apply. You can press the clock button all you want, the light doesn’t come on. The P1 rate setting burns a lot of pellets and runs the blower harder. I chose to run in P3 (medium) rate. I was puzzled by the stove not relighting after reaching the desired temp. The sensor diode is coiled up and tied with a cable tie to the back of the stove. This cable tie needs to be discarded and the sensor cable stretched out away from the stove. The stove does relight when the sensor indicates the room has dropped 5 degrees below the desired temp. To display what the stove thinks the room temp is you can press the Thumbs Up button, the temp will display on the temp area as ## (R). This is all that comes to mind, I hope it helps. It is a good stove, just poorly documented. I found the folks at the tech support desk very helpful. ... show more
