Set up in the back yard for when the dogs go out. Small dogs will make it turn on every time. Super bright-lights up the whole backyard and casts my shadow on the neighbors garage. Honestly its almost too bright. I have it on the full bright-motion only setting. Have had the smaller version of these lights from the same company and they have worked for well over a year. I have added motion sensor lights to my home and yard over the years. I purchase this last set of 4 after someone tried to break into my car. These lights are bigger and brighter than any of the previous lights I have. This makes a total of 12 lights and these are by far the best ones!     • Very easy to install but cheap plastic not durable.
Of all the security lights I have on my property, these were the simplest to install. Couple of screws into the side of the garage wall and it's done! However, they are made of pretty cheap lightweight plastic that cracked when I dropped one only 10 ft onto GRASS! I was able to seal the crack with silicon waterproof sealant and so far that has kept the rain out. However, durability is not it's strong suit. Also, unless they get direct Sun for at least half a day, they don't charge up enough. A week of cloudy days and the light only stays on half an hour or so because the battery is not charged enough. All that said, for this low price, they are still a bargain. So, giving it 4 stars. I would only recommend these if your budget can't afford better quality lights that are more durable. ... show more
