I wanted to wait a few days to see how it worked. I feel it increased my metabolism because I seem to be hungrier than usual. I also strength train 5/6 days a week. It definitely has increased my bowel movements and been flushing me out. I expected it to suppress my appetite but it’s been the total opposite for me.
