The light blue Qlife Cityone Electric Step-through Bike is perfect for me. Ordering was easy, they said it would be delivered between July 12 and 16th, it came on the 14th. It was simple to assemble and they provide you with every tool you need. It's not too heavy but is a solid build and feels high quality. The motor controls and gears are easy to use and the ride its self is very smooth. On a straight away I topped out at 20 MPH as advertised and the motor alone was able to get me up steep hills at about 10-12 MPH at the max setting. This bike has given me peace of mind that I can workout at a low impact pace and steadily build my stamina, depending less and less on the pedal assist as I train. I took it out on an 8 mile inaugural ride only using the motor for steep hills (until I can conquer them on my own) and felt great afterward. The next ride was 10 miles and I will steadily increase my distance each ride. If you are wondering about height, I am 5'3" and I can put the balls of my feet on the pavement when stopped. This bike was worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an into e-bike. ... show more

The bike is great! I got this for my daughter, and she loves how easy it is to use and how fast it goes. It's nice to have the throttle as well as five speeds of pedal assist since we have a lot of hills where we live. Having the rack is great for carrying school and swim bags but note that you will need bungee cords or something to fasten bags to the rack. Recommend for those looking for a reliable and good-looking option to a more expensive e-bike. ... show more

I got this bike as a Christmas gift, the bike arrived on time, almost early! The assembly process compared to other bikes was very easy and all you have to install is the front wheel, pedals, seat, and handle bars. Your even given a small tool kit to assemble and adjust the bike. The only downside is that the L rench to tighten the long screw for handle bars didn’t work and I had to get it professionally tightened. Other than that, operating the bike works really well. The battery takes about 4 hours to charge and when operating the bike it lasts for about 2-3 hours on full power in 30°-40° weather, the battery would probably last for about 4- 5 hours if I operated the bike in warmer weather and on a lower speed. The battery is removable with a kea that comes with the bike and I like to take the battery with me if I have the bike locked up and I’m going into a store so people aren’t as intised to steal the bike. Over all a great purchase, I would recommend this product to anybody planning on buying an E-bike ... show more
