I mean...it's an incredible e-bike, solid and safe, for under $500 complete. So it could get Ten Stars. A HUNDRED STARS!! I love it. It rides smoothly (BUT do practice! The "pedal assist" feature takes a minute to get used to, it WILL "jolt" you forward right at first, important to know if you're not used to e-bikes) and the frame and construction are sturdy and well made. Seat is comfortable! Instruction guide gets a B+ and I'd recommend this bike to anyone! Here are my notes: - I bought the pink one. The color shown on Amazon is a dusty pink...but it is really more of a salmon-y pink. See the picture :) I rolled this baby right into my cluttered studio. Dig. - shipping, packaging, could have been handled better, some of the plastic protective pieces were cracked and broken, but the bike itself had only a few marks from what looked like a very bumpy delivery. This is more on the handlers and not on the manufacturer/seller, just a heads up. - if you order the optional fender and rack, it arrives separately and unmarked. You will need to understand how to assemble them (I haven't put mine on yet) outside of the provided instructions. - SAME for General Instructions, you will need to know how a bike goes together. The QR code provided in the booklet leads to a blank page; YouTube has helpful homemade videos that can clarify. Having another person available to help you during assembly is also recommended ;) - I needed my own Phillips head screwdriver and a different-sized Allen wrench than what came with the parts set, but assembly was mostly easy enough to figure out. I needed help tightening a few pieces. - not least: a key is shown in the pictures - this is not a keyed-ignition vehicle. It has a push-button start. The key goes to the battery, which is removable. You can charge the bike with the battery either on or off but the key is for that. - also not least!: you can just "scoot" on this bike, too, if you don't want to pedal ;) and note that switching from "pedal assist" speed-to-speed takes a little getting used to. The light blue Qlife Cityone Electric Step-through Bike is perfect for me. Ordering was easy, they said it would be delivered between July 12 and 16th, it came on the 14th. It was simple to assemble and they provide you with every tool you need. It's not too heavy but is a solid build and feels high quality. The motor controls and gears are easy to use and the ride its self is very smooth. On a straight away I topped out at 20 MPH as advertised and the motor alone was able to get me up steep hills at about 10-12 MPH at the max setting. This bike has given me peace of mind that I can workout at a low impact pace and steadily build my stamina, depending less and less on the pedal assist as I train. I took it out on an 8 mile inaugural ride only using the motor for steep hills (until I can conquer them on my own) and felt great afterward. The next ride was 10 miles and I will steadily increase my distance each ride. If you are wondering about height, I am 5'3" and I can put the balls of my feet on the pavement when stopped. Great bike for the money. Rode amazing the one thing I don't like is you can't use the throttle without pa being there sometimes you wanna just pedal without being assigned and use the throttle only. Battery life is great seat could be a tad bit more comfortable. Also this is for taller riders. Gears shifting is nice. ... show more

The bike is easy to set up and you can even do it without a manual, when using it it is light without the motor and it propels you reaching 18 mph without problem, a good item to start with
