  • Last longer than any tennis ball
Size: Small (2" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
We usually got the Kong extra small tennis balls for my 6 lb dogs but I wanted something that wouldn't collect dirt if we played outside. These are not as small as the extra small kong tennis balls but still smaller than normal tennis balls or the normal chuck it balls. I have 2 6lb dogs, one doesn't show much interest in these but the other absolutely loves them especially chasing them when they bounce (they are very bouncy). When I first saw him holding the ball I was worried it might be hurting his jaw to have his mouth open so wide but he doesn't seem to mind (maybe that's why the other dog doesn't show interest in it?). These are great for outdoors not only because they can be cleaned/ rinsed off easily but also because the orange color is a little easier to spot in grass by human eyes. They are small enough that if the grass isn't cut low I still have to walk around to find it rather than being able to spot it from a distance. It doesn't make any squeaky noise (though my dog would love it more if it did) which means no holes so I don't have to worry about it collecting water and getting gross inside. I also floats if it lands in water or my dog decides to put it in his water bowl. I also saw a post from a vet saying the felt on tennis balls act as sandpaper wearing down the dogs teeth so this seems like a great way to lessen their time with the potentially abrasive material. ... show more

  • Great for my dog!!
Size: XL (3.5" Ball) Style: Pack of 1 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
I got this for my 2 year old English Mastiff, Ripley, for her birthday. She loves balls!! Growing up she has gone through lots of toys. It took a while to figure out which toys are sturdy for her. She loves her Nylabone ring, black kong toys, jolly balls, and barrett ball. She destroys all tennis balls. But for some reason she just loves to hold smaller balls and bounce them around. I thought she would easily chew this up. She has not. It is still in good condition. I do have to look under all my furniture about 3 times a week and pull all her balls out. But it is still doing good. I think she may have stopped chewing and destroying her toys. I probably would not get this for a puppy or a dog that is still chewing up everything. Wait until they can actually enjoy playing with out destruction. I will buy her more of these. ... show more

  • Both dogs 'go to' toy
Size: Medium (2.5" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
We have a dozen or more other balls and toys and these are by far the favorite. We have a 100 pound Shepard that can split these in a week but he prefers the smaller size. Great for the pool as the dogs can swim with them easily... up until the balls split and no longer float. We use the new ones for swimming and the split ones are fine for other play. Have not had any come apart, just a split on the seam about 1/3 around. Just accept they are like chew toys and you need to replace them every so often. Oh, and they smell like vanilla which is a nice change from the chemical smell from some other toys. ... show more

  • Great FLOATING BALL that is durrable!
Size: Small (2" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
My heelers love swimming at the lake during the summer months! I throw balls about 20 to 30 feet out into the water and they swim out and get them! That being said, my new one that is 2 now was always "chewing" down on the tennis like balls while swimming back to shore and theyd only last a few tosses! I got these, the size is perfect for their mouths. not to small but not to large. Best of all they float well, AND have held up all summer no degradation at all! They do have a very tiny hole in each one, so as she bites on them in the water they eventually take in water, but a quick hand squeeze gets it out and you are good again for several tosses! ... show more

  • I am picky and not impressed by much, but this product I already LOVE!
Size: Small (2" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
Quick delivery. A ball sized for the size of my dog and smaller than the other balls we have. It passed the sniff test. First thing I do when I open the box...to see if there is any chemical smell or added scent. Nothing. Ahhh! I love that. The ball has a great bounce to it. It's hard rubber with a little give to it. Our dog loves these little balls. The high bounce has added something new and I see her chewing on it which she wasn't doing with the balls we had previously. She's less than 15 pounds and not an aggressive chewer so I think they should last. An excellent product that lived up to it's hype, which is not common these days. ... show more

  • Absolutely my dogs favorite toy.
Size: Medium (2.5" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
Had these balls for over a month and my dog (80 pound Lab) absolutely loves them. No sign of chewing damage, pretty sure they will last a long time. She had a Kong ball too, which had split apart so I thought I would try these. She "liked" the Kong ball, she LOVES these. Not sure if its the shape\detail of the balls or what, but often she won't go outside unless she has both of them. Of course they work great with the Chuckit. No other toy excited her this much. ... show more

  • Purchased small & medium sets for my Yorkie & my son's Golden Retriever puppy
Size: Medium (2.5" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
I'd prefer to give two reviews as I have two opinions on this particular ball. I purchased the SMALL set (for Breeds 0-20 pounds) and that review would get 2 STARS. I have a Yorkie puppy (3 pounds) and an adult mix breed (7 pounds). Both dogs LOVE to chase a ball & return it. They want nothing to do with the small Chuckit! I will gift the balls to my son. The ball is too heavy & too difficult for a small breed dog. I'd recommend larger "small" dogs - 10 pounds & older. However, I would give 5 stars for the medium ball - This is a great ball for an active, large puppy. My son's dog loves to chase these balls - they are heavy enough to throw a good distance and bright enough to find if the dog misses it. Easy to grab. Study & chew resistant (although this puppy is not the type that tears stuff apart - it may be different for your dog). My son purchased a second set as they are such a favorite and he has a tendency to play catch in the dark, making it hard to find the balls. ... show more

  • Our dogs goes nuts over these balls!
Size: Small (2" Ball) Style: Pack of 2 Pattern Name: Ball(s) Only
These balls have become a focal point of our lives simply because our wiener dog cannot live without them. They are all she thinks about. For a dog that shreds every toy to non-existence, these balls are very chew proof! She can sit there and "chew" on the ball but she never actually destroys the ball itself. We have had some of these balls for years, and now new ones. The material has always been great and we will continue to buy! We have 3 very happy fur babies because of these balls! ... show more
