I like the color and style. Unfortunately two of the bases of wood were already damaged at the factory before they were wrapped up for shipment. Don't like paying full price for 2 damaged chairs. UPS does not ALLOW YOU TO CHECK THE INSIDE BEFORE THEY LEAVE, THEY WOULDNT TAKE THEM BASCK ANYWAY, You cant refuse a delivery. ... show more

Our 4 chairs arrived by UPS, I was concerned about if I had to return them and after calling amazon service they explained that they would provide pick up if necessary so I ordered them. They arrived a couple days ago and have them all together and adjusted to tilt the way we want. The swivel seems a little stiff but they are brand new so that is understandable. The casters roll really well and the chair arms fit under out table fine,better than the last ones we have had for 19 years. WEll done to chromecraft manufactoring and shipping crews ... show more
