I hung it from the large ash tree, next to a family of rattan deer with soft mini lights. The color is such a rich, dark, glowing color of blue like a tempting swimming pool at night! Looks really cool when loose enough to flow downward, and at the 3-D arrangement gives the entire middle of the lawn more depth. Am so happy with it! One thing I'll try to enhance is the star on top. One of the LED strands was severed in the original package. It was a few days before Christmas so we just put some electrical tape on it. When the wind kicked up (slight breeze) one night, another strand came apart the light. Overall terrible quality. Don’t waste your money. I loved this item - price was great! This is an easy option to create that tree look without having trees! I got the warm white lights. They complimented other warm lights that I had nicely, but did have a slightly more yellow undertone. Regardless, I was happy! This is easy to install - just hang up the star, then untie each strand and use the included stakes to keep in the ground. Then plug in and you are done! Unfortunately, mine only lasted a few weeks. My 10lb dog stepped on one of the strings and it fully pulled right from the star. One strand went out and they all went out. This became totally useless from a very minimal bit of force. It's a really cute and affordable little decoration - wish it lasted longer! ... show more
