I was skeptical but when we went on vacation and saw these on my niece and nephew I was sold. My children, ages 3&7 love them! They were afraid to flip over or slip out of a normal jacket but not these. They got comfortable right away and built confidence within the first 10min. The jacket doesn’t slide up or constrict anywhere and it keeps them in a safe position constantly. They can even float on their back and swim safely that way without shifting. The cute designs are just a small plus. I don’t know if these will last or hold up to 60lbs like it states in the listing. BUT, we will find out. The floaty works as described. We bought this for a trip and gives you a sense of peace that if needed your little one will be safe. I tried it first by putting my arms over it and resting my weight and it held me afloat. I weigh 128 pounds. This works great for my daughter who wears a 3T and is close to 30lbs. She has lots of room to grow into. I probably wouldn’t get it for a child any smaller though. She floats great in it and it gives her a lot of confidence.
