These chairs are so nice! I was skeptical buying these off amazon without seeing them in person and with minimal reviews to help us decide. But after searching high and low at other places and in stores (they all sell the same stuff but with different names and prices. Ugh!) we kept striking out. We bought 4 to replace the chairs that came with our set in the kitchen that had broken down over the years. The counter height table was still in great shape, and these are a perfect addition to it and the bench. I reupholstered the bench years ago, so getting the exact color was proving to be difficult and these actually match perfectly! It's a light creamy grey color and the dark wood matches our dark cherry finish perfectly! The stools themselves are solid and have the memory swivel- rotates back into position when you get up. They're not as tall as our other chairs were, but they're tall enough to be comfortable for long periods of time and also very soft. The lighter color and shorter height actually makes the space seem larger. The foot protector on the front cross board is also a nice touch! Our other chairs were quite worn in that area and needed constant touching up. Overall, I'm so excited about these chairs and love spending time in the kitchen again. I don't typically go into this much detail in reviews. I give the stars and move on. Because these chairs are so nice, and there's next to no reviews, I had to give feedback to help other shoppers. No, I was not paid to do so. I just really love these chairs that much! And if you can afford to take a chance on them, do it! You and your backside will be happy you did! ... show more

Kitchen remodel. After deliberating between pure white and creamy grey, I chose the pure white. I have a navajo white kitchen - including woodwork with silver accents. The creamy grey looked a little flat, and off-white wasn't available, so took a chance on the pure white. So glad I did. Yes they are white, but its a white with a little more tone to it, so it compliments other whites. Clean, fresh, sharp and not dingy looking. Counter height perfect, as described. Legs are sturdy, and has a barely noticeable (same color as the wood) plate on the foot rest to protect it from shoes/wear. I will be putting felt pads on the bottom. Stop looking, I would feel confident ordering these. Love the color! ... show more

These bar stools are so nice. This company is great to work with, the service and customer care is outstanding. The stools are packed so well and are fully assembled. All you need to do is pull them out of the box and sit them at your counter. I would buy from them again. These stools are so beautiful and sturdy I am sure they will last for years. The product looks very nice and turns easily. I added the protective feet covers just to be sure nothing scratched the hardwood floors, but they have smooth plastic on the bottom. I would highly recommend.

The chair is well made, but not for a larger person. Not wide enough, and the seat needs to be longer. I am 5'5 I feel like I am being pushed out of the chair. It could be an inch wider and 2 inches longer for sure.

I did a lot of research before I purchased these 8 chairs! They are very well built, very easy to assemble and are comfy. They go very well in our rustic-industrial house. The only thing I didn’t realize is that the legs are a dark brown…not the black I was expecting, but they are still gorgeous! The backs are not too tall nor too short.
