Great chairs! Very happy. And their customer service is fantastic. Chairs have clean lines that can go with traditional or modern decor. Light gray color is definitely a warm gray/greige color. Padding is a little stiff at first, but I can already feel them softening up and becoming more comfortable. Bonus is that they come fully assembled! And they are all even without any wobbling. I ordered three and they are all between 25-25.5 inches at the tallest part of the seat, which works out perfectly for us. This is the 4th set of bar stools I have owned since we moved here 4 years ago. When I had to start working from home last March I knew very soon that the bar stools I had needed to go. I worked from our bar in the kitchen. I looked for quality bar stools and I found them. The stitching and material are like that of a fine classic automobile. They are comfortable and look great. Just took them out of box on moving day...one chair completely broken on the side...and garbage truck just took the box's....now what do I do??????...*company has been very responsive....promised too send a new chair @ no cost within 2 weeks...hopefully they will keep their word, other family members want to purchase these chairs but first they want to see if they are true to their word...if not I will file a claim*....*Update*....was sent a replacement chair for the broken one...company very responsive...didn't have to send broken chair back... received the new chair quickly....perfect....everyone loves the chairs....more orders too come...ty~ ... show more

    • You don't have to build the chair. They get delivered. All you have to do is open the box.
I ordered two Swivel chairs. They are practical, sturdy, clean well. They say leather, but it's actually Faux leather. If These were real leather they would have cost more and I don't think they would have lasted very long with all the wear and tear that people seem to have happen when it's leather. The stool does a complete 360, giving you the flexibility to do multiple things without having to move. I bought two of these stools to sit at an island. I was a bit Leary of ordering Furniture on Amazon.. what if I have to return?? What if they are uncomfortable?? Poor Quality?? After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and I am so happy I did! These chairs are SUPER comfy! Very well constructed (I’m Picky) and sturdy. Swivel mechanism is smooth! We got the White and the material is actually a white color not cream. Easy to cleanup which is what I wanted at the island. They Look super swaggy!!! I had to put mine together but only took about 5min per chair…super easy and well packaged! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! Oh and they even have a protective metal strip on the foot rest!! Very nice!
