This is a very good crib. It is sturdy, looks very nice, and took about an hour to assemble. I received it in a timely manner (crib arrived about 3-4 days after I placed the order). When it arrived, the headboard was damaged. I called the company and left a message; they returned my call within 20 minutes. I emailed them the part number, serial number, etc, and a photo of the damaged headboard. They had a new one in the mail that same afternoon, and I received it three days later, in good condition with extra padding in the box to prevent damage. Best quality crib we’ve found and also cheapest!! It turns to toddler bed, toddler day bed, and also into a full size bed. Super easy to assemble! I only wish they had a lighter wood color so that we could buy the exact same crib for our daughters room.

I am SO happy with this crib! It wasn’t difficult to assemble (my husband did in less than an hour, whistling while he worked), it fits beautifully in a smaller room, and I just love the transitional look of it.

Headboard arrived busted. I was so excited to put this together for our first born and opened up everything to find the head board was busted. Highly disappointed. Gorgeous crib though. EDIT: I spoke with their manufacturing customer service and they were SO kind and are sending another headboard. I highly recommend purchasing. This company is doing business right and they are so easy to work with. Thank you Child Craft! Edit 6/30/21: Replacement headboard arrived damaged as well. The crib is amazing, highly recommend it, however, it arrived damaged. Since we didn’t want to deal with waiting for replacement parts sent directly from the manufacturer, the seller refunded the purchase altogether by our request and was really easy to deal with.
