  • ITS AWESOME
I absolutely love this chicken coop. Very easy to assemble and definitely big enough for my 5 chickens. :) one happy flock!

  • Bad quality; small;
The instructions for this were Horrible. They could have at least labeled the pieces to help speed up the process and not to mention since it was a couple hundred dollars! Way smaller than it looks in the picture so please read dimensions. We have 6 chickens and they were crammed in there. Quality is horrible for the price you pay! Ours was broken in 3 places and make sure to add some extra nails/glue. As in an other review make sure to secure the nesting box bottom and add glue so close all the spaces. ... show more

  • the wood was broken on the door, thin wood
It will come in handy for baby chicks growing, but full size chickens are crowded.

  • Kinda nice for babies
Way smaller than it looks. Shame on me for not paying attention to dimensions. Not a serious coop at all. Using it for 4 baby chicks. Will not house more than 2 adults and they will be cramped. Kinda nice for babies.

  • Cute and easy but be prepared to paint
I purchased this coop because my Banties got all Brodie on me and I suddenly had more chickens than space so needed housing for the little ones in a hurry. Thankfully, I don’t mind a bit of work myself as although the coop arrived flat packed and ready to be assembled, the stain on the cheap, light-weight wood was such a powdery, thin coating I knew if I didn’t paint every wood surface I would probably get not much more than one season out of it. I immediately set about painting it with a good exterior latex enamel porch and trim semi-gloss (I wanted something which could be easily cleaned... chickens aren’t known for their tidy, clean habits) and although I was using a paint and primer in one product, it was soon obvious I had made the correct decision to paint as that first coat was sucked in so fast it was as if no stain had been under it at all. After two coats of paint, though, I still needed to put something under the legs and along the bottoms of the run panels as wood directly on the moist ground, even painted, isn’t going to last very long. One more thing: be careful when unpacking. One section has the woven wire cut at an angle to accommodate the slope of the roof and the way it is cut has left sharp ends. I was cut badly just unpacking the coop and can only imagine what would happen to the paper-thin skin of a chicken. Luckily, it turned out that bit was way up against the ceiling, but even so, I covered the line of the wire’s edges with a lathe strip. They are, even with these problems, cute coops. Easy to access with the nesting boxes at the end, you can reach the eggs from outside, and take care of the feed and water from another side door as well. Much more convenient than our full-sized hen house in some ways, that way. The feature of the pull-out floor makes cleaning much easier (just remember to shut your birds out in their outdoor section first!). And thankfully they did line that with metal. I will have a better idea of how I like it in a few years, after all, it’s still new. If it lasts, it gets a higher score. But I did not like the cheap stain on something I had been led to believe was something I could simply assemble and use as I,really,needed to put it into use sooner than I was able to. Plus the cost of paint added to,the cost of the coop,took away from the “deal.” ... show more

  • WAY SMALL!!! Fits 4 baby chickens no more
Way small. No way your going to fit 5-6 grown chickens in there. The pics are 2 month old chicks. There’s 4 in there and they are on top of each other. There is nothing about this that is 95”. The bottom where the chickens are isn’t even 6 foot. Im extremely Disappointed in the size. And it’s only ok as far as sturdy. The wood is 1/2” by 1/2” so really easy to break. Good wire mesh secured to boards. I can say it’s pretty but that’s about the best I can say ... show more

  • Product ok
coop pan opening it too narrow and creates mess during cleaning. I have have to modify roof hinges to give support as existing structure failed and broke... , Slide door to coop also broke in first week... coop flipped due to wind... Recommend users reinforce bottom and weak points...
