Not much to say about bread pans, unless they don't work, and this one WORKS and is GREAT! The bread comes out of the pan without any effort. No sticking, no burning, just perfection. I do not grease the pan or anything. Now I will say I make white bread without sugars or anything that could possibly stick or burn because of sugar. I have not tried to make raisin bread or anything like that with this pan. My experience is just with white bread and sourdough bread, and french bread recipes. I have tried several products which described their item as non-stick. Unfortunately there was sticking. I just went on spraying and using flour in my baking. A continued pain. I was happily surprised that this pan actually worked the way it should. Very, very happy with this long sought wonder.

I bought these pans because of other good reviews. I do not have any complaints so far as to how they bake. Yeast bread and quick breads are evenly browned. The yeast bread easily falls out of the loaf pan. Quick breads, even with oil in the recipe sticks to the pan. Pan must be oiled and floured to remove easily. The 3 star rating is for the very poor packaging. The pans were literally just thrown into a box with a loose piece of plastic in the box. The pans were "free" to bump around in the box and so several pans came with dents. I needed them that day, so did not return them, but wished I could have. ... show more

I needed some bread pans that would let me release the bread I bake easily (which my current ones did not). I bake a lot of zucchini bread this time of year and have had fits getting the loaves to release no matter what I did. I tried these pans and am truly impressed.
