We love this simple quilt set. The design and colors add interest in the bedroom, the light weight of the quilt means we don't get too warm underneath it, and it washed up perfectly. (I added a cup+ of vinegar to the first wash before putting on the bed and it came out very soft, no color runs.) A bonus is the size of this queen quilt: many of the queen sized quilts are just about 10 inches too short to cover the sides of our mattress. I ordered this quilt in Queen size for my Queen bed. The size is more than adequate with ample overhang on the sides and end of bed. Colors are just as pictured. The softness of the quilt is my favorite aspect of this item and it is 100% cotton. We have cold winters here but I was surprised by the warmth of the quilt. On the coldest of nights, if I am chilly, I just toss the throw pictured over the top for additional warmth. I love the light weight of the quilt. So much more comfortable!
